Sunny Brow Farm is surrounded by beautiful English countryside, situated in the heart of the South Lake District National Park, Cumbria. We have lovingly renovated our old slate built Lakeland barns into four stylish barn cottages. We are a great base to explore the magic of the Lake District, and to enjoy staying very close to nature, with the farm woodlands, streams, and pasture land on your doorstep.
Choose one of our stylish self-catered barn cottages for your Lake District adventure. Add a 'Soul Escape' package if you wish to enjoy our yoga classes and holistic therapies to compliment your stay. Come and stay in a 2 person barn with a friend or partner, or as a group of friends or family in our 4 person barns. We also have options for you to book two or more of our barns for for a larger group booking.
Surrounded by the picturesque landscapes of the Lake District, we are within walking distance of the beautiful Black Fell hike, and the very popular Tarn Hows. We are closest to the village of Hawkshead (5 minute drive), and nearby is the town of Ambleside. Guests can enjoy serene walks through our own woodland trails, relax by tranquil streams and pastures that are a part of the farm.
We are passionate about living in harmony with nature. Suzy-Anne leads numerous yoga and healing retreats, while Philip, a skilled craftsman, has renovated and built the stunning barns and studio spaces. Together, we create a unique environment for guests to relax, refresh, and discover their true selves.
For a different kind of holiday, join us for one of our beautifully crafted shared and more communal type retreat experiences.
